Scope of the service

AVIO provides educational calculators, decoders and guides for pilots, student pilots and flight simulators. The site is an informational and training-support tool.

Not official operational information

AVIO does not authorize flights, takeoffs, landings or operational decisions. For real operations, always verify against current official sources, NOTAMs, AIP, charts, official weather, POH/AFM, ATC, instructor guidance and applicable regulations.

User responsibility

You are responsible for entering correct data, reviewing results, understanding rounding or simplification limits and confirming any aviation decision with official sources and approved procedures.

Availability

AVIO is provided without a guarantee of continuous availability, absolute accuracy or fitness for a specific flight. We may modify, pause or remove features for maintenance, security or service improvement.

Intellectual property

The AVIO name, design, text and site code belong to their respective owners. You may link to AVIO, but you may not copy the whole site or present it as your own.

Payments and refunds

AVIO currently does not collect payments, subscriptions or bookings inside the site. Therefore, no refund policy applies at this time.

Changes

These terms may be updated when features, providers, jurisdiction, monetization or legal requirements change.
